UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC lists this type only for Licinius (p. 593). General note about this issue from p. 576: "An extended range of types is introduced, most of them scarce or rare. [...] Virtus Exercitus (Licinius has Virtuti) is revived on very rare coins. [...] Date, c. 311-12". But see also important CORRIGENDA, VOL. VI, p. 593. Coin should be listed after CYZICUS 94.
