MINTMARK VARIETY. Specimen similar to ANTIOCHIA 163b except for star in exergue instead of in left field. Probably a minor variety of ANTIOCHIA 163b or an engraver's error. Note that officina ΔЄ is not attested in RIC. For correct description of rev. of ANTIOCHIA 163b see CORRIGENDA, VOL. VI, p. 642.

NOTES

Weight 4.80 g; diameter 21 mm. Coin sold on eBay in December 2006 for USD 31.40. Now in Luca Carroli's collection.
