MINTMARK VARIETY. Specimen similar to ALEXANDRIA 4 (from the British Museum Collection; reg. no. R1874,0715.113; weight 5.30 g) except for absence of star in right field. Note also that - in contrary to the description in RIC - an eagle has no wreath in beak (cf. picture 4 on plate 16).

NOTES

Aureus. Weight 5.27 g. Coin sold on Gorny & Mosch auction 185 (lot 275) in March 2010 for EUR 8,000.
